opens at 7:00 pm on Friday, January 21, 2011. The Friday meeting will
adjourn at 9:00 pm. The meeting reconvenes at 9:00 am on Saturday,
January 22, 2011 and continues to 4:00 pm. Lunch will be provided on Saturday.
